Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that our 15‑day return policy applies only to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and Japan. For all other countries, returns are accepted only for defective products under our 1‑year warranty.

Shipping Times (Estimated)
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location:
- United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom: 4–15 business days
- Germany, Japan: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping Eligibility
Free standard shipping applies to the following countries: United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories), Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Remote areas within these countries may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before order confirmation. Free shipping does not apply to Germany, Japan, or other countries.

Shipping Rates for Non‑Free Countries
Fixed rates for countries where free shipping is not available:
- Japan: $10 USD
- Germany: $30 USD
- All other countries: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Customs Duties & Taxes
We cover all customs duties and import taxes – you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. This applies to all shipping destinations.
